The smallest village of the Vaucluse, St Léger
du Ventoux is built on the southern slopes of the Bluye mountain,
facing the abrupt lift of the Mont Ventoux and overlooks the small
but impressive Toulourenc valley, (Toulourenc means 'all or nothing'
in Provençal patois).
Most of its area is covered with oak and pine forests. The village
is made up of old stone houses with farms in the valley.
Activities available are mainly walking and canyoning.
